Don Bosco primary school at Namugongo-Kira Mulawa

Rescuing, rehabiliting and reintegrating into the society street and other vulnerable children through provision of education, basic needs and socio-cultural activities for bright future is the mission of Don Bosco Calm in order to achieve this mission the salesians of Don Bosco  are building primary school which will be called “ Don Bosco Primary School”.

O God, we thank you for giving us another year of life. We thank you for all people who have remembered us this First January 2014, and who have sent us cards, letters good wishes, e-mail and presents. We thank you for everything, which we have been enabled by you to do and to be in the past year. We thank you for all the experiences of the past year; for times of success which always be happy memories, for times of failure which reminded us of our own weakness and of our need of you; for times of sorrow which drove us to you

Christmas

How can Christmas be Christmas for us? How can the light and joy, the freedom and the peace, brought by the savior be ours? These will be ours, if we do as the shepherds did. They left the place where they were, they took time. They gave themselves the trouble to look for that child the angel had told them about.

They searched for that savior, they found Him and they made Him welcome. Are you ready to do the same? Look for Him where He is waiting for you today: in prayer, in the sacrament of the Eucharist, in the needs of people you meet….
