At Don Bosco CALM, from Saturday September 03, 2016 to Sunday September 04, 2016 there was an outreach Program (Training of peer counsellors). Ten boys representing the Don Bosco CALM children were selected. In addition, all teaching and non-teaching staff of Don Bosco CALM were present to the program.  The activities of the first day was opened by paired introduction and adoption of everybody’s name on a tag with what the personality of that pen, then the allocation of helping hands as follows:

THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW RECTOR

On Thursday 1st/09/2016, Don Bosco CALM Namugongo was blessed to have its newly appointed rector Rev. Fr. Elie Nyandwi installed.

Fr. Elie was installed as the rector during the holy Eucharist; celebrated by Rev. Fr. Camiel- the Provincial of AGL; and it was animated by Don Bosco CALM boys. During his homily, Fr. Camiel detailed the duties of a rector in the house, and he encouraged Fr. Elie to keep strong despite of the challenges that can come in his way as a rector.

May the Almighty God be with Fr. Elie; keep him and enable him to accomplish well his tasks.
